Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully; they impose legal obligations on you. By using the Services, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them.

Definitions

• The following terms shall have the following meaning: User means a person that has registered to obtain our Services; Services mean those of the services provided by AdWise.AI and selected by the User; The Website means adwise.ai

Provision Of Services

• AdWise.AI shall make commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services always available to the User and shall restore the Services as soon as reasonably possible in the event of any interruption. AdWise.AI shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Services.
• AdWise.AI does not warrant that the Services or the AdWise.AI Information will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Use Of Information

• The User is permitted to store, manipulate, and analyze the AdWise.AI Information and use the Services for the User’s private use. In no event shall the User sell, resell, retransmit, redistribute, provide or permit access to any AdWise.AI Information or the Services as is or with repackage to anyone with any standard subscription. Please contact support@adwise.ai for any commercial usage of the data.

No Warranties

• The User shall have a username, password (specified by the User) and private API key that enables the User to access the Services.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and is not entitled to disclose the username or password to any other person.
• Our subscription is monthly based and the User has no long-term obligations here. The User can cancel subscription anytime, the minimum period of commitment is one month.

Use Of Personal Information

• If the User is an individual, AdWise.AI and its agents are authorized to collect information about the User. This information may be used for enabling access to the Services, statistical analysis, research and marketing purposes.
• The User can request access to and correction of any personal information held by AdWise.AI about the User. Any such request must be in writing and AdWise.AI, at its discretion, may charge for any costs reasonably incurred in responding to such a request.

Termination

• Without prejudice to any other rights, AdWise.AI may without notice terminate its contract with the User immediately if the User fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, or if AdWise.AI ceases to supply any Services. Customers wishing to cancel subscription-based services can cancel it anytime.

Refunds

• If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.
• Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

Exclusion Of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWise.AI excludes all and any liability to the User arising out of the contract between AdWise.AI and the User. Notwithstanding and without limiting any provision of these terms and conditions, any claim brought by the User against AdWise.AI must be served within one year following the date on which the cause of action accrued.

Indemnity

• The User indemnifies AdWise.AI against all and any losses, costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis), expenses and damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with a claim by a third party against AdWise.AI relating to Services obtained by the User.

Assignment

• The User may not assign its rights under the contract between AdWise.AI and the User.

Severability

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of the terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain enforceable to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Amendments

• AdWise.AI reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. AdWise.AI will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to the User of any variation by posting the new terms and conditions on the Website and by email to the User at the last postal address, facsimile number or email address which the User has notified to AdWise.AI.
